About Us

The Reans Family

James Reans is the owner of Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction and has taken on many roles in his dedication to serving his community. He is a licensed General Contractor in IA & IL. James is currently a board member of the Quad Cities Builders & Remodelers Association. James was awarded "New Member of The Year" by the QCBR 2022 and nominated to the board also. He is a Licensed Lead Abatement Contractor for IA. James is also the Building Inspector for the village of Orion. Manufacturer designations include, Tamko Mastercraft Pro certified contractor, CertainTeed roofing master craftsman, and Owens Corning preferred contractor. He started his career in mortgage field services and property preservation before opening Twin Bridge Roofing & Construction. His wife Brenna Reans is a Project Manager, Xactimate writer, and she is a licensed Public Adjuster in both Iowa and Illinois; License #21034810. If they are not busy working you can find them watching and coaching sports for their 3 kiddos, having bonfires, or playing with their 4 dogs.
